Welcome to Core Leads (https://joincoreleads.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the lead operating system provided by Core Leads (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services & “12-Day Installation”

Core Leads provides a productized lead operating system for local contractors, which includes paid traffic management, lead capture systems, CRM setup, website development, and marketing automations.

  • Our “Installed in 12 days” timeline begins only after the Client has provided all necessary onboarding information, assets, and access credentials requested by Core Leads.

  • Delays in providing onboarding materials will extend the installation timeline accordingly.

2. Client Accounts & Data

To utilize our CRM and operating system, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Your Leads, Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the leads, customer lists, and data captured through your operating system.

  • Data License: You grant Core Leads a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide, maintain, and optimize the services for your business.

3. Third-Party Services & Ad Spend

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, CRM hosting platforms, and automation tools).

  • Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

  • Ad Spend: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific package, all ad spend budget (paid traffic cost) is paid directly by the Client to the respective ad platforms and is not included in Core Leads’ service fees.

4. Fees and Payments

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected Core Leads package. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Due to the digital and custom nature of our 12-day setup and onboarding work, all sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: Core Leads retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary methodologies, software templates, automation blueprints, and website frameworks used to build your operating system.

  • Your Property: You retain ownership of your branding, logos, custom copy, and pre-existing marketing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the system built for your business.

6. Limitation of Liability

Core Leads provides tools and strategies to help capture and close leads. However, we cannot guarantee specific sales volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on market conditions, client follow-up, and external factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
